I have now been training with Nicole for just over a year. 

I remember the first time I seen her Instagram and how inspired I felt by her energy, positivity and amazing physique and how I wanted to start and train with her for those very reasons. A year on and she is still inspiring me, driving me to be better and pushing me out of my comfort zone. We just completed Hyrox together, something I would never have dreamed of entering had it not been for her. 

I turn 40 this year and I can honestly say I’m in the best physical and mental shape of my life which is genuinely down to training with Nicole! A feeling you cannot put a price on! She is one in a million!!

She is super encouraging, and tailors everything to suit the individual. I was beginning exercise again after a long time away, and Nicole is so supportive of my goals. Nicole is so motivating and inspiring as a PT. My strength has really increased since starting working with her and I’ve lost over a stone so far and more importantly I’ve kept it off even with a few big events over the last few months. I’ve been training with Nicole for almost 5 months now, and she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & new challenges put into the sessions but needed more help with strength and toning and took on a personal one-on-one session! Which has been amazing.

Nicole has tailored sessions focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session rewarding, challenging but more importantly fun! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability, which being older I wasn’t sure I could achieve but have all thanks to Nicole’s encouragement, motivation and positivity. 

I couldn’t have imagined the improvements on my own and can’t thank Nicole enough. Next goals been set.

I cannot recommend Nicole enough, there are no words to describe how good she has made me feel about myself through her training and I’m only just at the beginning of my journey! I’ve never been a person who enjoyed the gym but went grudgingly to get myself into shape. I’ve never really stuck at it. Nicole has changed this. I LOVE going to my training, I enjoy my workouts (which im shocked at) and I look forward to the next one. I’m just about to complete a 6 week training programme with Nicole and go straight into another and I’m now seeing a difference in my shape, my attitude to food and my attitude to exercise. I feel healthier and fitter and I know this will now be part of life for me. Nicole has taught me how to push myself and at the same time still enjoy my food without worrying about gaining weight. I’m delighted to see my body shape becoming more what I want and firmly believe if it wasn’t for Nicole I’d still be struggling with weight and food!
